Come ride your bike to support Girls Incorporated of Halton!

A leisurely 17k bike ride from Milton to Limehouse where a picnic lunch will be provided, followed by a 17k ride home.  Those who choose to ride only one way will be provided with a drive back to Milton.

When: Sunday, June 10th at 10am

Where: This event begins at the Milton Canadian Tire parking lot.

$40 per person (all proceeds will go to support in school programs that empower girls in our community).  Any and all other donations accepted.

Over the past few months there have been many questions regarding the current coaching and direction of MMST. On Tuesday 8th May @ 6:30, meeting room #4 Milton Sports Centre, I’ll be answering some of the more common questions along with fielding questions from you, our parents. With the Team growing so substantially in the past year there are many folks new to MMST, so come along and ask those questions you’re dying to know the answer to.
Eg:
- Why is the program broken up on age when clearly there are faster swimmers in lower levels than those above them?
- Why do MMST swimmers predominantly compete in shorter events at meets and when will they start swimming longer events?
- What do coaches look for at Practice versus Competition?
- How much swimming is too much?

I really hope to see all of you there. You’re participation, curiosity and understanding are most definitely welcome.

All questions are important and welcome: “It’s not a problem that you don’t know. It’s a problem that you don’t know what you don’t know.”

Hello coaches, Please have your COC provide me with a listing of Officials who are able to assist on the deck for Team Champs. We have some spaces available for both the Turn Judge position as well as Timer. As always, we appreciate any and all assistace you are able to provide. Volunteers can check into the Officials Room upon arrival to confirm their deck assignment(s). The Officials Room is located on the upper level off the Main Lobby.
